More and more people have SatNav units in their vehicles. They are very useful for getting from A to B but they are also a tempting target for thieves.

According to the Telegraph, "In a sense, this latest must-have gadget offers even greater temptation and opportunity to thieves because it's so visible. For obvious reasons, sat-nav screens are positioned at driver's eye-level or as close to it as possible. That means the devices often sit on top of dashboards or even higher. If you were deliberately trying to coax a thief into attacking your car you couldn't offer better bait."
